How To Order

All orders must be placed at our website, so access to a computer and the Internet is essential.  If you don't already have a computer -- and, maybe buying your first one from us -- you can place an order using a computer at work, at school, at a friend's house, or at one of the many Internet cafés.  You'll find that all our products, divided into the twelve categories listed at left. For special orders, or to order anything not listed at our website (larger LCD TVs, computers, replacement hard drives and other components, etc.), please see "How To Contact Us", below.

What To Order

All products listed at our website are brand-new, unless indicated as "factory-refurbished", "open-box" or "demo". A "factory-refurbished" item is new but has been returned to the manufacturer because the consumer has changed his/her mind, or because of a defect. It's then disassembled, repaired, reassembled and tested. Not only are these products fully warranted and less costly, but we've consistently found them better than new, having gone through an additonal test, with any potential bugs already ironed out. "Open-box" items are new, with the box either opened, damaged, or missing, but with all contents intact. "Demo" items have been used briefly to demonstrate the product. There's no warranty, and may be without the packaging, but we do guarantee that they operate perfectly when you receive them, and the savings are very substanital.

Our Guarantee

All new and factory-refurbished products, and most "open-box" products listed at our website are fully warranted by the manufacturer, with details included in the package.  Other "open-box" products, and those listed as "demo" or "used", are sold "as-is", but these, like all our products are fully guaranteed to be in perfect working order when delivered -- or we'll replace it immediately. If a replacement is not available on-island, you'll have the choice between a full refund (including any delivery charge), or a brand-new replacement as soon as it arrives. If a replacement is not available for us to order, you'll have the choice of a full refund, or a credit towards other products.

How To Contact Us

The Shopping Cart at our online store includes a "shipping instructions" box for any other information or questions you'd like to submit with your order or for the description of anything you'd like to order that's not listed at our website (larger LCD TVs, computers, replacement hard drives and other components, etc.). Without actually ordering anything, you can access this box by clicking on the "Add To Cart" icon, below, choosing "C.O.D." as the payment method, and we'll get back to you by e-mail or phone before processing your order.  If the shipping instructions box isn't sufficient, you're best to contact us by e-mail, on info@extremedeals.bizAlternatively, you can reach us by phone between 10:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, on 749.2221.  If we're away from our desks, please leave a message.
